Puppets and Protest!
Sunrise movement presents
‘Frontlines Rising’ A documentary
film screening and talk back.
Monday April 8th, 7pm
at the New Orleans Healing Center
The debut film screening of ‘Frontlines Rising’ The story of how Sunrise Movement New Orleans created and performed a street theater puppet show in protest of the Americas Energy Summit on January 19th 2024. The event will feature the 15 minute documentary screening and afterward a talk back session with members of Sunrise and creative partners in the puppet show.
